Fine print for Free Freight

Free freight doesn't include miscellaneous charges (residential delivery, C.O.D. fees, notification fees, lift gate fees, etc.) which the freight line or UPS might charge. Our free freight policies apply to shipments in the 48 contiguous states. They do not apply to special orders (with the exception of relining pipe). If you want your free freight orders shipped by means other than the most economical carrier, you must pay the difference in freight costs.

Shipping Policy for UPS Delivery

Any Item that weighs more than 75# pounds cannot be shipped UPS. All orders up to $1800.00 or more that can be shipped by UPS will ship FREE with Standard Ground Service to the 48 contiguous States. Shipping charges for orders under $1800.00 will be charged on a Dollar Rate shipping fee. Orders that contain individual items that are less than $1800.00 will ship free Standard Ground Service provided the entire order totals more or equal to $1800.00.  Orders that have multiple items shipped to the same address, will not incur any additional shipping charges. Because our items are frequently shipped from multiple warehouses, we are unable to use any other private or commercial shipping account that is not our own.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Freight Service

These items ship via tractor trailer in the US (lower 48). Our freight option is limited to curbside delivery. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. The shipping company will contact you ahead of time to schedule delivery. An adult must be home at time of delivery. Please provide a convenient phone number at the time of check out in order to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Missing your designated appointment could result in a re-delivery fee. Ask the shipping company about lift gate fees. If free lift gate is provided, the driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but you will be responsible for bringing it where it needs to be put on your property. For products that exceed lift gate requirements, you will need to make arrangements for the item(s) to be lifted off the truck. Once your order is off the truck, the driver will give you time to inspect your package. You are responsible to check the exterior packaging. If there is visible damage to the outside crate, box, or product you will need to note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) that the driver will give to you to sign. If you sign for the delivery without noting visible damage, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for damage. Please Remember: You must be present at time of delivery. Please thoroughly inspect the package while the driver is present for any external damages. If damage has occurred, note the damage on the Proof of Delivery and contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-247-3305 Allow 5-7 Days for delivery.

International Shipping
We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous States. All orders are packaged and Drop-Shipped from our Vendors. Our Vendors simply will not ship outside the 48 contiguous States. As a general rule, Standard Ground shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive after the order is placed, processed, and payment information is secured.
Please Note: Items will not be delivered on Holidays.

Sales Tax

My Vendor charges us 7% Sales Tax for the merchandise that you order. Items sold and shipped to destinations in the USA are subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order.

Cancel or Change an Order
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible.  For this reason, an order can only be cancelled if it is Pending Approval.  Orders that are Pending Fulfillment, Partially Fulfilled, or Billed cannot be canceled.  The primary reason for this is that all of the products we carry are shipped directly from the Vendor's Warehouse. To ensure prompt delivery the order is transmitted to them as soon as possible, making it very difficult to stop the shipment after they have received the order. However, our Vendor will send a return item sticker with the shipment just in case you ordered the wrong product or it was the wrong size. The returned item will go back to the shipper so be sure to contact us before returning anything. We can be reached Monday - Friday at (812) 887-2141. Special Order & Custom made items cannot be returned.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
