PRODUCT INFORMATION:
FlashSeal by SaverSystems seals leaks around flashings. And, it's so much easier to work with than tar. Simply prepare the area to be sealed. Then apply approximately 1/8 in. of FlashSeal compound a few inches up the chimney and on the surrounding roof. Then place the reinforcement fabric over the base coat. After that, just apply the top coat and you're done.
FlashSeal can be applied with a brush. One gallon container covers 28 linear feet. When used with the reinforcement fabric this product is warrantied by the manufacturer for seven years. Manufacturer recommends prduct be stored where temperatures don't go below 45 degrees F. Product will solidfy when too cold.
